By confirming his/her order less than 14 calendar days before the start of the event, the participant accepts that the execution of the service begins before the end of the withdrawal period and expressly waives his/her right of withdrawal.

Refund

In the event that the above-mentioned withdrawal period has expired, no refund will be made within 14 calendar days of the event. If the withdrawal period is exceeded, the organiser will request proof of this with a refund request form to be completed.

The organising committee cannot be held responsible for disruptions, strikes or any other external event that may prevent the presence of the person concerned and/or lead to the cancellation of the event.

For any cancellation not respecting these conditions, except in cases of force majeure (i.e. illness, accident, death), upon presentation of proof, the full amount of the registration fee will remain payable to the organiser. In addition, non-participation in an event is considered to be a cancellation and cannot give rise to a refund, if and only if the client so requests.

If the customer is eligible for a refund, he/she must fill in a refund form within 15 days of the event. If the reason is justified, the registration amount will appear on the account with which the payment was previously made.

Requests to transfer the registration to the next race in the event of non-participation will not be considered, and will have to be submitted for a refund. The competitor must then follow the usual registration process.
